I love a good salad, and a wedge salad is the perfect way to let everyone in the house customize a salad, without having to make a bunch of different ones.  These are quick and easy to slam together for a light lunch or side dish.

Ingredients:
Iceburg lettuce
Favorite salad fixings
Favorite dressing

My salad fixings:
Cheesy ranch dressing
Dried cranberries
Diced tomatoes
Shredded smoked Gouda
Sliced pepperoncini

Directions:
Wash lettuce head and cut into 4-6 wedges.  I have found it easiest to leave the base in tact while cutting into wedges, then just cut away the base before plating.  Drizzle on dressing, and then add favorite toppings.
