Warmer weather requires more hydration, but I'll be honest, I get tired of drinking plain water all the time.  My mom gave me a couple of pineapples, so I decided to make some pineapple infused water.  The hard part is waiting a few hours for the pineapple to infuse the water.

Ingredients:
Pineapple chunks
Water
Mint sprig (optional)

Directions:
Add water and pineapple chunks to drinking glass, place in refrigerator for at least two hours to infuse. For my quart jar I used 1/2 of a fresh pineapple, and filled the rest with water.  Sprig of mint is a cute garnish, and can add a bit of zing when mixed into your water.  Make in larger container with a whole pineapple, or just add a few chunks to a regular drinking glass.
