I was not sure how this week was going to turn out after the camping weekend. I did pack fruits and veggies, and tried not to eat too much junk food. It was a fun weekend, and I enjoyed taking the time off from logging food.
All bets were off during the weekend. We went camping so the last thing I logged food wise was coffee Friday morning. I know that was my goal for the week, but I was just having too much fun with camping to care. I know that was my goal for the week, but I fell off the wagon from Friday afternoon to Sunday night.
Missed my steps goal with my Up by Jawbone one day this week. It was not like it was by a little, I missed it by like 2,000 steps. Not good at all given my daily step goal is only 5,500. I have to be careful of this. I like the Up By Jawbone app with the Smart Coach. It does have some helpful hints can be motivating.
I walked a lot over the weekend. Just getting the car packed and unpacked and running around the campsite and up the hill to the bathrooms took care of Friday. Saturday the girls and I hiked around the peninsula and along the bottom of the dried up lagoon. Sunday was one lap around a camp section, then all the unpacking at home.
Goals for Week
I have water intake down pat now. Time to hit my daily step goal of 5,500 steps a day. I'm still working on logging all my food intake with MyFitnessPal, and I have been on it since Monday.
End Result for Week
Down 2.2 lbs. Woot! All that walking around this weekend must have paid off some.
Total Weight Lost
Down 13 lbs. Slow and steady. I had a family member mention my weight loss over the weekend, and just this morning I was able to slip my wedding ring off for the first time in I don't know how long. Baby steps.
