I have been a little irritated with no real weight loss the last few weeks, and then just took the weekend off from even worrying about it. Monday I recommitted to getting back on track with my weight loss, It's not just gonna vanish like magic, no matter how much I wish it would.
Little bit of a self pity over the weekend that included some ice cream, and some pretty bad food choices overall. I'm human, so just gonna shake it off and keep moving forward.
Did not pay much attention to my Up by Jawbone when it zinged me until Monday. After Monday I was up every time it zinged me (or shortly there after).
Monday morning I recommitted to the cause. I logged all my food with MyFitnessPal, drank my water daily, and even paid attention to my daily step counts. I did pick up some fruits and veggies, and even managed to eat them before they went bad. Baby steps.
Goals for Week
Log all my food intake. We are camping this weekend, so mindless munching will be a problem for me.
End Result for Week
Down 0.9 lbs. I'll take it, I was only actively paying attention to my food, water and movement for 3 days.
Total Weight Lost
Down 10.8 lbs. Now to move forward with a general downward trend since I've been flirting with this 10 lb mark for a few weeks now.
