It's just been one of those weeks, and even this update post is two days late! I've been stupid busy and slipped right into old habits. I need to pull myself together and keep moving forward.
I caught myself dumping my third, and one morning even a fourth teaspoon of sugar in my morning coffee. I worked way too hard to slip back into that morning routine. My husbands work hours shifted, so I'm back to taking my younger daughter to school, really need to wake up a bit more before I make my morning coffee.
My stupid busy usually means I'm running around in the car, so immediately moving around goes down. I even forgot to charge up my Up by Jawbone, so I was running around and it was not even tracking anything. This last week have ranged between not eating, and over stuffing myself because I've be on the go so much. Don;t think I logged a single thing on MyFitnessPal either, I'm just failing all around this week.
I mostly kept up on my water intake. I think I was shy by a couple of cups two days, but nothing like before when I would go all day without drinking any water.
Goals for Week
I need to get more fruits and veggies in the house. The hard part for me will be to not buy so much that I get overloaded and then do not bother eating them, or buy so much that some of it starts to go bad before I get to it.
End Result for Week
Up 1.1 lbs.
Total Weight Lost
Down 9.9 lbs. I need to break past this 10 lb. spot. I keep bouncing around over and under it. Need to get past it and stay past it.
