This is what happens in my house when I'm bored, not feeling great and putting away laundry. I torture the cat, and create more laundry. Because I'm smart like that. It's been a pretty rough week for me. After my fun time in Chicago, the time change in a different time zone, and all the travel, how Sherbert looks is pretty much how I've felt all week.
It has been a week of furniture surfing, with one bout of activity over the weekend at the Boat and RV show. I have been utterly exhausted and have had no motivation to move beyond what is deemed necessary. Allergies have kicked in something fierce, and I think I'm coming down with a cold on top of everything else.
I forgot to log my food for two day days with MyFitnessPal. I did great up till Tuesday, then Wednesday, and Thursday I completely tanked as I started to feel cruddy.
I honestly don't have much for the good category this week. I think the best I can come up with is only going back for a second helping of dinner once this last week. I'm getting really good and filing up my plate with enough food that I feel full, but not stuffed.
Goals for Week
Survive this cold. No really, just the fact that I'm admitting I'm sick is pretty huge, and when I get sick I'm out of it for several days. I've already warned my older daughter that she's going to be stuck cooking dinner for a couple of days.
End Result for Week
Up 2.2 lbs. OK, obviously not the way I want this to roll, but not the least bit surprising given how lethargic I have been.
Total Weight Lost
Down 8.1 lbs. If I can just maintain this for the next week, I'll actually be happy with this.
