With all the bacon craze, I have seen bacon stuffed cinnamon rolls on my Facebook news feed more times that I can count.  I grabbed a tube of Cinamon rolls from the store, cooked up my bacon and prepared to baconize my rolls.

One small problem.  I picked up Pillsbury Cinnabon Rolls, which are not really rolls, but more like biscuits with a cinnamon swirl to make it look like a roll.  With my bacon already partially cooked, and the oven preheated, I went ahead and found a work around.  I carefully cut each bun in half, threw my partially cooked bacon on the bottom half, and covered it with the top half and then baked them up.

These came out amazing.  The sweet and cinnamon with the salt of the bacon is just melt in your mouth delicious.  Be sure to eat these while they are still warm.  It loses some of its zing once it's fully cooled down.

1 Tube Pillsbury Cinnabon Rolls
4 strips partially cooked bacon
cooking spray
round baking dish

Preheat oven to 400. Partially cook 4 slices of bacon. The bacon just be be just cooked, but still flexible. Let bacon cool slightly and cut each piece into 4 pieces. Grease baking dish and pop open your can of Cinnabon rolls, set aside included icing for later.  Carefully cut each bun in half, and place two pieces of cut bacon on lower half.  Replace top half on bacon, and then place bacon stuffed bun into baking dish.  Cook in oven for 13-17 minutes until tops are a nice golden brown.  Remove from oven, and spread icing on top.  Let col just long enough that you do not burn yourself, but eat them up before they have cooled down to room temp for best taste.
