Well, week two has been a bit of a roller coaster as well!  Once again I logged all my BLT's (bites, licks and tastes) into MyFitnessPal.  Some days were good, some days were bad, but I like having that visual at the end of the day when I feel like munching on something when I'm not even hungry.

The Ugly

All you can eat buffet joints are NOT my friend.  We hit one this week, and I lost it when it came to dessert.  All those small portions and yummy flavors, it's like I had to take one of each.  I logged everything the best I could, and even logged a few extra hundred calories in MyFitnessPal, because I was sure I missed some stuff.

I had chicken nachos for dinner one night and just briefly glanced at the serving size on the bag before I counted out my chips and sat down for dinner, and managed to read it all wrong.  I read 27 chips per serving, the bag really said 7 chips per serving, 27 servings per bag.  Should have know better, too good to be true right?

The Bad

My family is going through a Scrabble phase.  So every night we have been playing 2 games of Scrabble, and I have totally ignored my MOVE IT zing from my Up by Jawbone during those games.

I did not hit my personal goal of 4,500 steps per day.  Three days I was short, and one of those days was by over 1,000 steps.

The Good

Last week, I had a personal goal to log all my water intake, and I managed to do it!  I had a minimum of 4 glasses of water every day, most days it was 6 glasses.  I logged it all.

I managed to stay under my calories for 5 of the 7 days.

I have reduced the sugar in my morming coffee by 1 teaspoon.  That may not sound like a big deal, but 1 teaspoon is 15 calories X 365 days = 5,475 calories a year!

I may not have hit my daily goal of 4,500 steps a day, but over the week, I had an average of 5,200 steps a day.

Move More.  I need to move when my Up by Jawbone zings me.

Down 4.2 pounds!  Whoa!

Total Weight Lost

7.0 lbs.  Way ahead of my expected average of 52 lbs for 52 weeks, but I'm sure this will slow down as the weeks progress.
