This is an easy and flavorful way to bake up some tender pork chops.  You don't need to have a bunch of spices because it's all in the ranch dressing.  I've also used blue cheese dressing, and it turned out great.  I've made this using my broiler pan and deep baking dish with no problems.  I prefer the broiler pan so all the extra grease drips off.

Pork chops (with or without bone)
Ranch dressing
Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 and place baking rack in center. Place pork chops on broiler pan and pour dressing on top of each shop, usually around 2 tablespoons per chop.  Spread dressing over top of pork chop evenly and then sprinkle with 1-2 teaspoons of Parmesan cheese.  Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until pork reaches internal temperature of at least 160 (medium well done).  If cheese is not browned, you can flip oven to low broil for a couple of minutes, just be sure to watch it as it does not take long to brown.
