This is not exactly a recipe but a fun little thing I do, every year the kids need goodie treat bags for school "Dress Up" parties, they are no longer called Halloween parties like they were back in the day. Even though I try to mix it up there's only so much of candy, pencils, and erasers or toys you can put in them. So instead of just throwing all candy and items into the bag and calling it quits, I make Dum Dum ghosts. It's easy, simple and cute. Perfect for younger grade schoolers.

All you need is a bag of Dum Dum suckers and white tissue paper or tissues in a box and some ribbon. I myself find tissues in a box to be expensive and with 3 boys, 2 of which are in school I need all the tissues I can get. So I went to the store and bought the white tissue paper that is used for presents and such. Fold a piece of it in half and cut into strips about every 4-5 inches. Place tissue paper in palm of hand, sit Dum Dum on top and fold tissue paper upwards. Twist around the sucker part and tie it with a piece of ribbon. Draw some eyes or face. Throw them into a bowl or goodie treat bags.
