Now days a lot of people are going all natural or non-processed foods. Honestly, I just don't have the time to cook clean and all natural every day nor do I want to spend all that time in the house cooking.  I love the outdoors and normally we are outside until late and spending most our evenings playing ball, riding bikes or just doing yard work.  So most of the time supper is an, "Uh oh it's supper time...uhm well let's see what I can throw together quickly." This was one of those meals that I sort of threw together, it started as separate pieces but then I started layering it together.  My son calls this "The Chicken and Noo Noos".




Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 box of Parmesan noodles
1 1/2 Tsp Lawry's seasoning salt

On the stove cook diced chicken on medium heat, sprinkle with seasoning salt and cook until chicken is done. In a pot, bring to boil and add noodles and other seasonings in box and allow to cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until noodles are tender. On each plate add noodles and top with cooked chicken. Fix veggies or a salad on the side to wrap up the meal.
