Summertime means grilling time for me, well at least more of it anyways. What better way to celebrate warmer temperatures, pools, outdoor activities, and just family time than cookouts. Whether big or small corn on the cob is perfect for grilling. We no longer fix corn on the cob any other way than grilling anymore. The corn to us just comes out better, and so juicy and tender just melts in your mouth. Yummy, I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Well before I have to go fire up the grill, here's the recipe for you readers.

The amount of corn will depend on how many people your fixing for. We only use half a ear per person (usually) so figure out how many ears you need and go from there. OR my new favorite buying the niblets that are already shucked, and cut.

Depending on how you bought your corn you may need to shuck it, which includes pulling the green leaves and silks off. Clean the corn then cut it into halves. Or if you bought the already cut niblets, then your good to go.

Wrap each cob in foil with butter, salt and pepper. Place wrapped corn on heated grill and let cook. Let them cook for 20 minutes rotating and flipping them about every 5 minutes. If you have a gas grill check your ears of corn after 15 minutes as it seems gas grills cook a bit faster than charcoal ones. Serve when done!
