Every couple of months I get on a kick to clear out everything from the fridge and the freezer.  Usually it is to make sure that nothing has gone bad, but for the freezer, it tends to mean I'm planning on having an influx of freezer foods, and I know I need to eat a bunch of food to make some space in there.  I was digging around in the freezer and found a package of bacon, and decided to make some BLT's for dinner.  Hubby is always adding BBQ sauce to any meats we have for dinner, no matter how I season and cook it, so I decided to add some to his sandwich.  After inhaling the first one, he asked for a second one.  Such a small change, but to him, it was the best BLT ever.

Ingredients:

Toasted Bread
2 cooked bacon slices per sandwich
Tomato slices
Shredded Cheese (or sliced cheese, was using up what I had on hand)
Lettuce leaf
Mayonnaise
BBQ Sauce

Directions:

Spread mayonnaise on one side of toasted bread.  Pile on some lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and bacon.  Spread favorite BBQ sauce on one side of second slice of bread and place on top.
