I am not sure how much cleaner eating you can get than my Aunties Blackberry Ice Cubes.  She has a blackberry bush in her back yard, and everything in her garden is organic.  I used some agave sugar to sweeten my water, but honey or raw sugar will work as well.

Ice cube tray

Place blackberries in blender and puree for a couple of minutes.  Pour blackberry puree through medium mesh sieve to remove seeds.  Pour into ice cube trays and place in freezer for a few hours.  Store in freezer bag.  To use, simply fill up glass with ice cubes and add water.
