Supreme Nachos

Nachos are one of the easiest Mexican meals to make. It takes hardly any time to prepare and can be altered to each person's liking. Sure you can make it more difficult and make your own tortilla chips, but honestly sometimes you just want to throw something together in a matter of minutes after a long day of work and errands. Supreme Nachos are great for supper, parties or as appetizers. A quick and easy meal that won't leave a sink full of dishes, save any leftovers and enjoy them later.



Ingredients

1 pound of ground beef
1 can of refried beans
1 bag of tortilla chips-Nacho chips
1 Jar of Nacho Cheese or shredded cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Taco Seasoning
Salsa
Sour Cream


Cook ground beef until browned and drain; I also add in taco seasoning to give it a nice Mexican flavor. So add your favorite pack as recommended on package. Heat up refried beans either on stove; low-medium heat until hot, or place it in microwave and cook for 3 minutes or until hot. Grab a few handfuls of nacho tortilla chips and spread them on a plate. If you have the nacho cheese it's best to get everyones plate ready with the chips and then heat up the cheese in microwave in a container. Cook for 2 minutes; or until spreadable. Top chips with seasoned ground beef, refried beans and cheese. If your using shredded cheese just pop your plate with toppings in microwave and cook for 30-45 seconds just so the cheese melts. Finish your nachos with lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream and any other ingredients you make want to add. Skip the fork and dig in.
