I love tacos, could eat them for every meal of every day, okay maybe that's too much but you get the point. Fixing tacos is one of the easiest meals I have ever cooked. Tacos can be changed up to meet anyone's needs or taste buds. Ground beef, chicken or even fish, add a few ingredients and ta-da your ready to eat. I have done both beef and chicken tacos, but I prefer beef. You can however take this recipe and replace the ground beef with chicken, either dice it and cook in a skillet until done, or bake it in the oven for 30 minutes on 350 degrees and shred it with a fork. Below is my standard recipe for soft beef tacos.

1 pound of ground beef
Tortilla shells-Burrito size- any size will work though
Taco seasoning
Sour cream
Shredded cheese

Cook ground beef until browned; drain. Add your favorite taco seasoning and water and let cook until all the water has cooked out. I usually leave the tortilla's in the refridgater as they stay fresher longer, at least at my house they do. So if you keep your cool then pop them in the microwave for 30-45 seconds just to warm them. If you keep them room temperature then skip this step. Take your shell and add in middle of taco your seasoned beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. Roll up your taco. Add a side of rice or just pig out on the tacos.
