I have always loved deviled eggs, and I figured why not use some salsa verde instead of all the other fixings to make them?  They are quick and easy to make and thanks to this neat little Pastry Machine Cake Icing Piping Decorating Tool that I received from in exchange for my honest review, I was able to give them a little extra flair.

6 hard boiled eggs, cooled
4 tablespoons salsa verde
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
chopped parsley

Carefully peel boiled eggs and cut in half length wise.  Remove yolks and place into bowl.  Add salsa verde and mayonnaise to hard boiled yolks and blend together with fork or spoon.  Add more salsa verde or mayonnaise if texture is too dry.  Fill hard boiled egg halves with mixture and garnish with paprika and parsley.  You can use a spoon if you do not yet have a Pastry Machine Cake Icing Piping Decorating Tool.

Using the decorating tool to fill my hard boiled egg halves was a breeze.  It was easy to fill and I was able to fill four egg halves with a full tube.  I used the largest tip that came with the decorating tool, and was easily able to use it with my left or my right hand.  I have no problems controlling the pressure and went back and forth between going a little bit of a swirl, or just pushing straight down to fill the egg.  Both ways looked cute.  The whole thing easily comes apart and I threw all the pieces into my dishwasher silverware basket for easy clean up.
