*The Purex brand provided me with a sample of Purex No Sort for Colors in exchange for a product review.  However, all the opinions expressed are my own.*

I don't know about you, but I hate doing laundry.  Well, mostly I hate having to sort through the clothes and come up with enough of one color family to make a full load for the washing machine with just mine and hubby's clothes as my teen girls now do their own laundry.

Enter Purex no Sort for Colors!  Just the name makes me giddy as both my daughters do not bother sorting.  They just dump everything in and hope for the best.  This has made for more than a few rounds or rewashing when that one red sock decides to turn everything a pinkish hew.

After a quick sniff test of the detergent I decided to test first try out the detergent on hubby's work clothes.  I figured reds, whites, and blues would be a good test of its ability to prevent color bleeding.  The detergent has a clean soapy smell, so I knew hubby would not mind if the scent lingered on his clothes.  It's clean, but not overly feminine.  Socks and t-shirts came out of the washer still white!  OK, on to the next challenge, having my teen daughters try it out.  They both have an assortment of clothes with colors that would put a rainbow to shame.  As usual neither one bother to sort their clothes and just threw everything into the washer, then the dryer.  I asked them to take a good look at their clothes to see if there was any color bleeding stains, and they could not find any.  An added bonus, my older daughter has relatively sensitive skin and rashes out with some detergents, but she did not have any reactions to this.  Our clothes came out clean and have a great smell to them.  I really like the no dye transfer inhibitor in this detergent since my bedding is white and purple.  Great color combination, but horrible to wash since the purple bleeds out onto the white.

Want a chance to stop sorting laundry and test drive some Purex No Sort for Colors for yourself?  You are in luck!  The only mandatory entry is that leave a comment on this blog post telling me why you want to give it a whirl.  Teens that do not sort laundry?  Hard time getting enough clothes in one family of colors for a full load?  Or the ultimate nightmare, items of clothing with multiple colors, that always seem to include white!  After you leave your comment, fill out the form below for a few additional entries.

~ Good Luck ~
