It never fails, I actually know what I want to eat and in the middle of fixing it realize that I'm missing or I am out of something I need. Well today is one of those days, I wanted a big fat cheeseburger! Get the patty made and cooked only to realize I'm out of buns; and I can't stand eating a burger on regular sandwich bread. So looking in the refrigerator I found some tortillas, thinking: Hey that will work! I slapped this easy wrap together.

What you need:

Hamburger Patty
1 ~ 8 inch tortilla soft shell
Slice of cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Pickles
Your favorite dressing: mayo, ketchup, mustard

Cool the hamburger patty on medium heat on stove top, after burger is fully done no pink or blood; chop it up into pieces with spatula. Warm your tortilla shell in microwave for about 30 seconds. Pull out shell and place your pieces of burger on top half of wrap. Leave bottom half empty and clear as you will be folding that section. Place your cheese on top, as cheese melts from heat of burger start to add your dressings, and toppings. Once your burger is built, take bottom half of shell and fold upwards, take right side and wrap over to left. Using the left side,  wrap tightly to right side and tuck the loose end under the wrap, so it doesn't come undone.
