Gorton's sent me some coupons to try out a their new Artisan Fillets and a cute little cutting board for free in exchange for my honest review.  After some hunting at a couple of grocery stores I finally found them.

The flavors offered are:
Roasted Garlic & Italian Herb
Lemon & Cracked Peppercorn
Southwest Tortilla
Southern Style

I could only find the Roasted Garlic & Italian Herb, and the Lemon & Cracked Peppercorn, so I picked up a box of each to try out.  I am not much of a fish eater.  I do manage fish sticks with a coating of tartar sauce, but hubby does enjoy some on occasion.  I was not in the mood to go through pre-heating the oven, and warming up the whole house for dinner, so I threw the fillets into the toaster oven instead.  This worked even better than I though.  All five fillets in one box fit nicely into my toaster oven.  I set the temperature and the timer for when I needed to flip them according to the directions, flipped my fillets, then set the timer again for them to finish heating up.  The fillets flipped easily, and when they were done cooking, they were crisp and crunchy on the outside and the fish inside was moist and tender.  I even ate my fillets without tartar sauce!

The Roasted Garlic & Italian Herb had a nice blend of flavors and the Lemon & Cracked Peppercorn had just a hint of lemon and great pepper flavor. My local store had a great sale on these things, so I went and stocked up on a few boxes. The cutting board is perfect for quickly cutting up some small fruits or veggies to go with the fillets.
