I've had this recipe for years now and just never got around to making it. So with this months Cheese Challenge, I figured why not let's give it a shot.  Super Bowl Sunday seemed like the best time to make it. In all honesty it looked nasty putting it together and even after I was done I'm like nobody is gonna touch this dip, but it was a big hit! Everyone really like it and it was super easy to make. Will definitely make this dip again.

Ingredients:

1 can of Refried Beans
1 Tbsp. of Taco Seasoning
1 Cup of Sour Cream
1 Cup of Salsa
1 Cup of Shredded Lettuce
1 Cup of Shredded Cheese ( Mexican)
4 Green Onions
2 Tbsp. Black Olives
Ritz Crackers Original

Directions:

On stove top cook the can of refried beans on low-medium heat until nice and hot, add in your taco seasoning. Or you can cook the beans in microwave for 4 minutes. Spread the seasoned refried beans on the bottom of a pie plate or casserole dish. Top with layers of cheese, onions, olives, lettuce, salsa, and sour cream. Refrigerate until all is cooled. Serve with Ritz crackers.

* Can replace the Ritz crackers with Nacho chips
** My family isn't big on onions and nobody likes black olives so I omitted those layers and replaced them with a extra layer of cheese and lettuce, I also didn't top the dip with sour cream as I have a member in my family that is allergic to sour cream. So I just put a dollop of sour cream on individuals servings instead.
