McDonalds Inspired Egg and Cheese McMuffin

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but can also be the hardest meal to squeeze in. With 3 kids running around and trying to make sure everyone is ready for school or work, I need breakfast to be fast and easy. That's where the Egg and Cheese McMuffin comes in. It's full-filling, quick to throw together and well tastes great. I love using Thomas' original English muffins for this recipe, but any English muffin will do the trick.




What you need...

English Muffins
Egg
Milk
Slice Cheese
Salt/pepper to taste





Put your egg and milk into a bowl and mix them. Put eggs into a grease pan and let them cook until they are flippable, flip and when all the runny has cooked out fold the egg in half, if you can fold egg in half again, to make a square. Cut your English muffins in half and place them in a toaster on low heat. Place egg and cheese, salt/pepper on muffin. Your done! Breakfast is served within minutes the kids and yourself will be full for hours and ready to start the new day.


Change up the McMuffin with egg only, egg and cheese, or bacon, egg and cheese or sausage, egg and cheese.
