For this month's food challenge we are recreating restaurant food. With my household fast food is a must. Crazy work schedules, sport practices/games, homework and the every day routines and errands can make supper time a mad dash race. We love fast food but hate the cost of it. So I figured I could make our own Chicken Snack Wrap. It's very simple, quick and very little clean up. I love that I can change it up and make everyone happy for whatever mood they are in.

Tortillas burrito size
Your choice of chicken
Shredded cheese
Ranch dressing

For a grilled chicken snack wrap, slice your chicken breast in tender size pieces normally 2-3 slices per breast. Cook on a grill for about 7 minutes or place it in a pan and cook on stove until all pink is out. Making sure to flip chicken as it cooks. Once chicken is just about done, warm your tortillas up using a microwave for 30 seconds. You are just making them soft and flexible. Place tortilla on plate and lay on a layer of lettuce, cheese and Ranch, starting from the top of tortilla make a strip to about 3/4 of the wrap, place chicken on top and add more cheese and lettuce if you would like. Fold the bottom piece of the tortilla up, fold right side over chicken and then fold left side over to make a tight blanket around your food. Now it's time to eat and enjoy.

You can use crispy tenders, grilled chicken or spicy. For the spicy I cheated and had some of the Anytizers from Tyson and just cooked them, cut them in half and place them on the tortilla. Don't want to use Ranch, throw on some BBQ sauce instead.
