Holiday Recipe ~ Cranberry Turkey Sliders

Once Thanksgiving is over, my refrigerator is full of left overs and I'm not in the mood to cook for several days.  Trying to figure out what to do with left overs so that I'm not eating Thanksgiving dinner over and over again becomes a new food challenge.  One of my favorite left over remakes is sliders.  They are quick and easy to make, and give a bit of a new spin on the flavors.


Dinner rolls
Cranberry sauce or jelly


If desired, warm up dinner roll.  5-10 seconds in the microwave should do the trick.  Split roll in half with a top and bottom bun.  Slather on some cranberry sauce on top and bottom bun and then pile on some shredded, diced, or sliced turkey on the bottom bun.  Turkey can be warmed or cold.  Place top bun on top of turkey and enjoy!
