One of my personal favorite food goodies is gravy.  I will smother just about anything in a good gravy.  When I cook a turkey I always take the drippings and make a yummy gravy out of them to go along with the feast.  Here is a nice easy way to make grake out of turkey drippings.

2 cups turkey drippings
1/4 cup flour

Allow drippings to cool and place in a sauce pan.  If necessary, add water to drippings to get 2 cups of liquid.  Whisk in flour a little at a time until incorporated into drippings.  Turn stove onto a MED-HI heat and continually whisk until it just comes to a boil.  Remove from heat and place in gravy boat or serving bowl.  Gravy will thicken as it cools.  Add salt and pepper if needed.
