When it comes to the holidays, both my daughters pray they are not on dish duty.  With all the cooking and baking, it seems like the dishwasher never stops.  With that in mind, I'm always looking for ways to dirty up fewer dishes.  This cheesy green bean casserole can be mixed, baked and served in just one dish!  I also love this dish because it uses stuffing, so it's one less thing that I have to make.

Ingredients:

2 cans green beans
2 tablespoon melted butter
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1  cups  sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 cup Stove Top Stuffing divided (1/2 cup & 1/2 cup)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.  Combine all ingredients and 1/2 cup stuffing into 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish.  Mix well and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup stuffing on top.  Bake for 30-40 minutes and let cool slightly before serving.

This is a fun dish that can be spiced up with some pepper jack cheese, or made more mellow with monterey jack.
