Oven Recipe ~ Fish Stick Soft Tacos

Fish sticks are a must have in the house with fall and winter weather.  I love being able to take out as many or as few from the bag as I want for any given meal.  I decided to give some fish stick taco's a whirl, and I am now hooked!  Quick and easy to make, full of flavor and very filling.



Ingredients:


Flour Tortillas
2-3 Fish stick per taco
Cheese
Shredded lettuce
Salsa
Guacamole




Directions:

Preheat oven and prepare fish sticks as directed on packaging.  Warm up tortillas so they are soft and pliable.  Layer on some cheese, lettuce, salsa, guacamole and finally some fish sticks on half of your tortilla.  Fold over and enjoy!  I had two for lunch and they were perfect to hold me over till dinner.
