I'm not a huge tea drinker, but I love adding some fresh fruit to freshly brewed tea.  My favorite add-in is peach.  I'm sure that has something to do with the peach tree in my back yard.  I have enjoyed this Peachy Green Tea hot and iced, and it tastes great both ways.

8-10 bite sized peach chunks
1 serving green tea
Sugar to taste ~ Optional

Brew green tea as directed, and while till hot add in peach chunks.  Let steep for a few minutes before removing tea leaves.  I have found that having the peach chunks in the tea while it is still hots draws out the flavor of the peaches better than wen adding after the tea has been cooled.  Add sugar if desired and serve hot or iced.  I always eat my peach chunks after finishing off my tea.
