April Canning Challenge ~ Recipe 9 of 10: Strawberry Blackberry Jam

Yum does not beging to cover how delicious this jam is!  My family devoured and entire 1/2 pint jar with pancakes one morning.

1/3 cup crushed Blackberris
1 cup crushed Strawberries
1 1/2 Tbs Dry Pectin
1 2/3 cup sugar
makes (2) 1/2 pint jars

Prep canning materials as stated by manufacturer.
Place Strawberries, Mangoes and pectin in pot and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add sugar all at once and stirring constantly bring back to boil. Let fully boil for 1 minute. Ladle jam into jars and place lids and rings on. Process in water bath for 15 minutes, or in pressure canner for 10 minutes at 10psi.
