April Canning Challenge ~ Recipe 10 of 10: Strawberry Mango Blackberry Jam

This turned out to be the perfect topping for good old vanilla icecream!  My girls are always begging me to run over to a warehouse store for some soft serve with berries mixed in...not anymore!  They are in love with this home verion.

1/3 cup crushed Blackberries
2/3 cup crushed Strawberries
1/3 cup finely diced Mangoes
1 1/2 Tbs Dry Pectin
1 2/3 cup sugar
makes (2) 1/2 pint jars

Prep canning materials as stated by manufacturer.
Place Strawberries, Mangoes and pectin in pot and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add sugar all at once and stirring constantly bring back to boil. Let fully boil for 1 minute. Ladle jam into jars and place lids and rings on. Process in water bath for 15 minutes, or in pressure canner for 10 minutes at 10psi.
