Green Challenge Recipe 6 of 10 ~ Parsley Infused Rice




OK, there is one chain resturant around here that has some amazing cinantro infused rice.  Of course, I ran out of cilantro when I was craving some, but had some parsley on hand.  I figured WHY NOT?  This is actually pretty easy and gives the rice it's own awesome flavor.



Indredients:
6 Cups Cooked Rice
8 Tbs Freshly Chopped Parsley
(Can't get much more simple than that can ya?)







Directions:

Add parsley to freshly cooked rice and mix well.  Let sit for 5 mins to flavor to impart to rice.  Serve with favorite dishes.
