Never being one to bother writing down a recipe, here is what I made up for dinner one night on the fly.  I don't this heathen liked it or anything.  The burgers came out a perfect size for the buns we use and were not to thick and not to thin.  Hubby told me that they were great burgers.  We ALL loved them.  Luckily I did a loaded pasta salad with dinner too, so the one last lonely burger that I was able to take a picture of is going to be my lunch tomorrow!

1 lb hamburger meat (give or take)
1/2 small onion finely chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1~2 handful of seasoned bread crumbs
(I take seasoned stuffing and hit it with a rolling pin)
4 eggs
dash of tobasco sauce
few splashes of soy cause
couple squirts of spicy mustard
some ketchup
some BBQ sauce
some steak sauce
some creamy horse radish

(don't you love my exacting measurements)

Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.  I used one of my smaller plastic bowls to make the patties and then put them on  the foiled lined cookie sheet and put them in the freezer for a couple hours.  They went from freezer to grill.  Hubby is the Grill King....so I can't say what temp or how long they cooked.

I was not quick enough to take a picture before the wolves dived it, and had to snap this picture of one last lonely patty after everyone was already snarfing down the burgers.
