~ Cirtic Acid Bathroom Cleaner ~

Let me start off, with I ... hate ... cleaning.....My shower stall alone can take 2-3 hours of scrubbing to get it all cleaned up and sparkling again with all the commercial name brand cleaners.  I have to glove up, put on grungy clothes for fear of splatter ruining my clothes, and of course open up all the windows because the fumes are so horrid.  I then feel sick for a few hours afterwards because of the fumes.

Well...it was time to clean the shower stall once again.....I ran over to the cupboard and pulled out the Citric Acid Bathroom Cleaner and figured what the heck....now is as good a time as any.  I read over the directions and figured for my degree of cleaning I would use it in it's undiluted form and just throw some on the sponge and go for it.  I threw open the bathroom windows, pulled everything out of the stall and sprayed it down so it was damp and ready for a scrubbing, and braced myself for the "chemical" smell.  I was shocked....the tangy aroma of citrus hit me and was in no way over powering.  I did throw caution to the wind and did not put on my grungy clothes or glove up as I was on a mission and wanted to get the cleaning over with as fast as possible.

Remember when I said that it takes 2-3 hours for me to scrub down my shower stall?  I was done in 30 minutes!  This stuff cut through soap scum and hard water build up like a hot knife through butter!  My shower stall is one of those pre-fabricated fiberglass jobs.  I scrubbed down the walls with the solution poured directly on to my sponge and went to town.  The soap scum always builds up the worst on the bottom three rows of 'tiles' and I did have to hit it again....but again, I was hitting that same area 3 or 4 times with the bleach based stuff...so I was thrilled to only have to scrub it twice.

I can not tell you how impressed I am with this product.  My shower stall is clean in just a fraction of the time that it usually takes, the bathroom has a wonderful citrus aroma, my hands are not all dried out and sore from harsh chemicals and I don't feel sick from breathing the fumes!
